Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service when you publish courses on Learnexai.

1. Creator plans

Publishing requires an active creator plan, bought as a one-off payment for a fixed period. You can build draft courses without a plan. When your plan ends, your published courses are hidden from the catalogue until you buy another plan. The Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to creator plans.

2. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of your courses. You grant DIGITOK LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, display and stream your content to signed-in users, and to show your course title, summary, cover and name to promote the course on Learnexai, while the course is published and for a reasonable period afterwards to wind it down.

3. Your promises

• You created the content or have every right needed to publish it, including for music, images, software and people who appear in it.
• The content is accurate, meets the Content Standards and does not break any law.
• You will not collect learners' personal data or direct them to make payments outside Learnexai.

4. Review and removal

We review every course before publication and may request changes or decline it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, or following a valid complaint, and will tell you why.

5. Learner data

We share only aggregate statistics (such as learner counts and lesson completions) with you.

6. Ending

You can unpublish or delete a course at any time from the studio.
