Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of learnexai.net and the Learnexai service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by DIGITOK LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Learnexai

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and may close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not share log-in details or let others watch through your account.
  • There are two account types: learner (to watch courses) and creator (to publish courses).

3. What the Service includes

Learnexai hosts pre-recorded video courses made by independent creators. A learner plan gives access to every course that is published while your access period is active. Courses can be added, updated or withdrawn by their creators or by us; we do not promise that any particular course will stay available.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Plans give access for a fixed period (for example 1, 6 or 12 months). The price, currency and length are shown before you pay.
  • Each plan is a single, one-off payment. We do not store your card for later charges and we do not charge you again when the period ends.
  • If you buy a new plan while one is active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
  • Card payments are handled by our third-party payment provider on a secure hosted page. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card details.
  • Access starts once the payment provider confirms the payment. An invoice is available in your account.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Because plans are one-off payments, there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Using the courses

Courses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing during your access period. You must not download (except files offered as lesson resources), record, copy, resell, publicly show or share course content, or try to get around access controls.

7. Creators

If you publish on Learnexai, the Creator Terms and Content Standards also apply.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it.

9. Intellectual property

The Learnexai name, site design and software belong to us. Course content belongs to the creators who made it. No rights are given to you other than those set out in these Terms.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may need to pause it for maintenance or security reasons. If a major outage stops you using the Service for a significant part of your access period, contact us and we will extend your access or issue a partial refund.

Courses share the creators' knowledge and experience. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. See the Disclaimer.

12. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for content created by independent creators beyond our duty to remove unlawful content once we are aware of it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Suspension and closure

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of any active plan.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or on the site before they take effect. Changes do not affect plans already paid for during their current period.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
